The iReceptor Genomic Services (iRGS) team are leading experts in providing services for T-cell/B-cell receptor sequence Data Curation & Sharing, Data Discovery & Integration, and Data Analysis.
Data Curation & Sharing Services

The iReceptor Genomic Services team are leading experts in curating and sharing T-cell and B-cell receptor sequencing (AIRR-seq) data using AIRR Community standards in the AIRR Data Commons (ADC). Data sharing is fundamental to open science, with most funding agencies (e.g. NIH, EU) requiring the curation and sharing of scientific data. AIRR-seq data that is released publicly through resources such as SRA or ENA can be difficult to download, annotate and analyze. The ADC enables the storing of rich and complex study, subject, and sample metadata, subject level genotype (e.g. V-gene and allele, MHC), annotated AIRR-seq data, paired chain single-cell data, RNA gene expression data, and anitgen/epitope interactions in an integrated fashion. By curating your AIRR-seq data in the ADC, you maximize the visibility and value of your research data, leading to increased date reuse and potential for the discovery of therapeutic and diagnostic leads.
Organizations who have proprietary data can store their AIRR-seq data in a private repository. Holding the data in the AIRR standard compliant format facilitates sharing of data among researchers within the organization, makes it easy to compare the proprietary data to data from the ADC, and if the data are to be released in the future, makes it simple to release the data as part of the public ADC.
Data Discovery & Integration Services

The iReceptor Genomic Services team are leading experts in finding and integrating T-cell/B-cell receptor sequence (AIRR-seq) data in the AIRR Data Commons (ADC) and other related data resources. Finding publicly available data that is applicable to helping you answer your research questions can be a challenge. Our team has extensive experience at finding data, using the rich AIRR Standard metadata fields, that will meet your needs. Our team also has extensive experience in integrating data in the ADC with other relevant resources such as the Immune Epitope Data Base to explore the immune receptor/epitope dynamics across these resources.

The iReceptor Genomics Services team are leading experts in analyzing integrated T-cell/B-cell receptor sequencing (AIRR-seq) data from the AIRR Data Commons (ADC) and other related data resources. Whether using the iReceptor Gateway’s analysis capabilities or querying repositories directly through their repository query interfaces, our team has extensive experience finding, integrating, and analyzing AIRR-seq and related data.
