Type 1 Diabetes BCR/TCR AIRR Consortium

iReceptor Genomic Services is proud to be a founding member of the T1D BCR/TCR Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire (AIRR) Consortium. The goal of the T1D AIRR Consortium is to build a T1D specific AIRR-seq repository that will enable the study of the complex dynamics of T1D progression and enable new scientific enquiry and insight into the natural history and pathogenesis of type 1 diabetes. The T1D AIRR repository is a component of the AIRR Data Commons. The repository contains a unique combination of T1D related AIRR-seq annotations, paired chain single-cell data, HLA typed subjects, and antigen and epitope specificity, all accompanied by rich and carefully curated study, subject, and sample metadata. This valuable data can be accessed through the free and open access iReceptor Gateway.

iReceptor Genomic Services is working with the researchers in the T1D AIRR Consortium to curate their data in the T1D TCR/BCR repository as well as providing services to maintain and operate the T1D TCR/BCR repository.
